Internet Safety Day - February 

Safer Internet Day is celebrated globally in February each year to promote the safe and positive use of digital technology for children and young people, and to inspire a national conversation about using technology responsibly, respectfully, critically, and creatively.

At Seaside, we celebrated this by all children taking part in a range of activities to raise the profile of how children should behave when accessing online games. 

In addition to this, we have held an Internet Safety Meeting with our parents and carers, We used this as an opportunity to remind parents of their role in keeping children safe online and gave some useful tips and websites which will help them with keeping track of their child's internet use.
